You can report faults and repairs needed at the dormitory using the ISKAM or FIXATIO applications.

ISKAM

Accommodated students and staff can report faults or repairs needed using the ISKAM app:

  1. Login
  2. Accommodation
  3. Defect log, new defect
  4. Report a defect or repair needed

Hotel guests (who do not have access to ISKAM) report faults or repairs needed at the reception.

FIXATIO

All guests can report defects or repairs needed in the FIXATIO app:

  1. Install the Fixatio app
  2. Scan the QR code of the room or hall
  3. Report a defect or repair needed

Report the identified defects immediately, can also be done at the reception of the dormitory, according to the SKM Rules of Use.
