This dormitory is a seven-storey prefab building close to Borský Park and public transport stops – tram No. 4 and bus lines No. 24 and 30. The building has been renovated (June 2022). The new building offers 391 student beds in single rooms with private bathrooms and in 2-bed duplex rooms (2x 2-bed rooms with shared bathrooms). On the ground floor of the building there is a hotel for 24 guests with single and double rooms (en-suite).
